Calutech Inc, who processes your orders from this site, holds the privacy and security of our site visitors in the highest regard. The following paragraphs explain what kind of information is gathered on our site and how that information is used.

What’s collected and what’s not?
You can visit our site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information. While IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) are logged to track a user’s session, the user remains anonymous. Tracking IP addresses gives us an idea of which parts of our site users are visiting and how much time is spent there. We (our company) does not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user’s session is tracked, but the user is anonymous, unless an account is created or an order is placed. The user’s browser also lets us know the type of computer and operating system being used. We do not track a session on purpose. Any website you visit on the Internet tracks you through your IP Address as you go from page to page. We do collect billing & shipping information as well as email and phone information when an account is made or an order is placed, but this information never leaves our offices.

We hold secure the email addresses and information of those who contact us or purchase from us, and those who are our business associates.

How is email information used?
Email addresses are used to send information that is requested or to confirm orders and notify changes in order status. Email is also sent IF you subscribe to our newsletter or product updates.

We do not sell, rent, disclose or loan our email database to any entity.

How do I remove my name from mailing lists?
We do not send unsolicited email of any kind, except answers to requests for information, order notifications and optional product updates or newsletters (if you subscribe). If you are an affiliate or distributor of our products you will receive occasional updates or other information we feel is important. If you subscribe to our newsletter you may receive an occasional email, which you can stop at any time from your Account section.

Is supplied financial information retained by your site?
We do not retain any financial information used for order processing. We do not store credit card information in our database.

What about phone numbers?
We may request a phone number in case we need to contact you about your order or inquiry, and for shipping labels so companies such as UPS can contact you if there is a problem with delivery of your order, however it’s not required, we also use email. Any phone information is entered into our customer database only. We do not sell, rent, disclose, or loan our list of customer phone numbers to any individual or entity, nor any other information about our customers, business contacts or clients. We do not call you ever unless we have an order issue and emails go unanswered.
